Although the condo is situated on the third floor, there are just eight short steps from street level to the front door, making it the most accessible level in the Puu Poa complex relative to the parking lot.

We have a minimum stay requirement of five nights but can occasionally accommodate shorter stays upon inquiry. A signed rental agreement is necessary to secure your reservation and access the unit, which will be emailed approximately 60 days prior to your arrival.

Please note that there are no additional fees for A/C usage, and late check-outs can only be guaranteed with a booking for the night of departure. For stays of 11 nights or longer, a mid-stay clean is required (two cleans for stays of 24 nights or more), with fees paid directly to our cleaning service.
